This company was great from the booking communication, to the customer service , and the great service they provided. The tech was very patient and did an amazing job on my floors and sofa! My kids do a number on my carpet and furniture, but Bakers beyond has them both clean and smelling so good.

I recently had ankle surgery and unable to clean carpet myself.The gentlemen was professional and friendly.He took extra time working on stains in both of rooms.I read reviews with everyone happy with their work I’ll add to that being also.Will call them back another time.

I have two dogs (one being a puppy) so I had spots all over my new carpet. He took his time and did an amazing job!!!!! No more spots and my carpet looks so refreshed!

I have moved into my new home in Newport News, but wanted the carpet cleaned before my furniture arrived. The carpet had several stain marks and discoloration (cream carpet). I told Kuman to do his best. I never expected such a drastic improvement. I was very pleased with his service, politeness, and attentiveness to the customer’s expectation. My appointment was very late in the day (around 6p), but he treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. I now have a new carpet cleaning service in the Hampton Roads area.

Mr. Baker came and cleaned the carpet in my apartment prior to me moving out. Very professional, CLEAN, and organized. I highly recommended Mr. Baker. Great prices as well!
